Returns & Refunds

If you do not like the item or purchased it incorrectly, please note that you will need to return it at your own expense.

  • Damaged Goods: Report any damaged items via email or fax within 2 working days of delivery and we will issue a full refund including delivery charge. 

  • Unwanted Items: Items that are no longer required must be returned only with prior authorization at your own expense and will incur a 30% handling fee.

  • Return Window: General returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

  • Packaging: Returns must be in their original, unmarked packaging. Damaged or marked packaging will not be accepted unless the item arrived damaged.
  • LED Strip Lighting: Cut-to-length strips cannot be returned unless faulty. Kits or complete products can be returned if the return procedure is followed.

  • Discontinued Items: Can only be returned for credit if faulty and within the warranty period.

  • Promotional Items: Goods purchased as part of a promotion or special offer cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  • Refunds Process : After we receive and inspect the returned lighting, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
